Our dedicated team collaborates with local faith communities and professionals to offer a compassionate, confidential, and accessible service.

Working closely with local faith leaders and professional counsellors, we aim to meet the diverse needs of Leeds’ workforce.

For employers, we are able to offer personal and confidential support for your workforce, alongside acting as faith advisers (including design and use of company prayer/quiet rooms), as well as offering bereavement support to employees. This can include helping colleagues to plan remembrance services. We are also able to advise around challenges in Diversity and Inclusion relating to faith and belief, in accordance with The Equality Act 2010.

We have dedicated chaplains and links with different faith groups across the city, able to connect workers with chaplains of different faiths and beliefs.

From providing a listening ear outside one’s immediate circle to offering a trusted voice during times of change, our chaplains are here to support workers’ wellbeing and understanding of their vision and values.

  • Leeds Chaplaincy supports the workforce by offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can discuss personal, professional, and spiritual matters. Our chaplains are trained to listen, understand, and accompany people on their journey, no matter where they’re coming from. We offer workers a confidential space to talk without a predetermined plan, agenda, or expected end goal.
